Surface Mount Devices

The tolerance of an electronic component can

vary by up to 10%. This means that conventional

ampifier designs must take this into consideration

and allow for flexibility in accuracy and reliability.

Clarion has implemented the use of Surface

Mount Devices for most of the components inside

our marine amplifiers. Surface Mount devices are

smaller in size, offer higher tolerance (typically

1%) and are most stable under a variety of

thermal conditions.

The result is a series of amplifiers that offers

excellent channel-to-channel symmetry for

excellent imaging, smooth frequency response

and incredible realism.

Marine Accessories

Offering source units, speakers and amplifiers is

one thing, but being able to back those products

up with a full line of accessories means that

dealers can take advantage of one-stop-shopping

for all their marine entertainment needs.

Auxilliary Input Adapters

The CCAAUX and CCAUSB were designed for

marine use. These input adapters allow you access

to rear-located inputs without complicating the

installation. All that is required is a 3/4" hole and

either the CCAAUX or CCAUSB can be installed

in about a minute.

The CCUAUXEX1 is a 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio

cable that makes connecting anything with a

headphone jack quick and easy. Devices such

as a portable DVD player, MP3 player or even a

computer can be connected with this convenient

cable.

Marine Radio Covers

Not every budget allows for the use of the

CMD6 or CMV1. To that end, Clarion offers a

selection of marine radio covers. The RTR600B

and BNC5200B help keep water away from the

controls and CD slot of source units like the M109

and M309. They don't make them waterproof, but

they dramatically improve their water resistance.

The Seagim is a radio housing that can be

mounted above or beneath the desired surface.

The housing includes a flip-up front panel that

helps keep water away from the face of your

source unit. Drainage channels are included in the

rear of the unit to allow any water that should get

inside to drain out without damaging the source

unit.

Satellite Radio Accessories

Clarion's dedication to our marine line includes

support for Sirius Satellite radio. We offer the

Shakespeare SRA25 Galaxy series marine

Sirius antenna. The SRA25 includes a 25-foot

cable. Clarion also offers the SRC35, 35-foot

replacement antenna cable and the SRC50,

50-foot replacement antenna cable to facilitate

custom installations on larger boats.
